@Anne, we started it last winter. This is our second or third batch of compost to come out.
@Sarah, this photo was taken before we had four days below freezing. We kept the worms inside last winter, they are in the garage now, and didn't really think about it. They are very possibly all dead now as well. oops.
That is so awesome. I've wanted to do this, but haven't gotten organized enough yet. So exciting, and this is your first go at it, right?
